FAQs

What is this venue policy you mentioned?

Important note — the property is on native land and they have a strict no marijuana (or outside alcohol) policy. While not our policy, if discovered the event will be canceled without reimbursement. For all our weed smokers out there, we have your Venmo ;)

How does the shuttle service work?

We’ll have a shuttle running before and after the wedding between the Clearwater Casino lobby and Kiana Lodge. It’s only a 5-minute drive, but given the ceremony starts at 4pm sharp we’ll need to assign groups for the afternoon shuttle. We’ll coordinate this via text (more to come).

As for returning after the reception, that will not require assigned groups and will start running at around 9pm.

There is plenty of free parking directly at Kiana Lodge as well, for those who wish to drive themselves.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Dressy Casual. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. It’s likely to be in the high 70s during the day, but bring a jacket as it dips after sunrise.

Are children welcome?

We politely request no children.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options?

Yes, we’ll absolutely accommodate any dietary restrictions as indicated on RSVPs.

Where should I stay, and on which nights?

If you will be attending the Welcome Party on Thursday, you should plan to stay in a hotel / Airbnb in Seattle for that night. We recommend making your way out towards the venue on Friday and staying in one of our recommended hotels on Friday and Saturday nights (or Saturday only, depending on when you’re arriving).
